Welcome to Concord Village 3
Our Community
Our community is more than just a place to live — it's a place we all call home. Taking pride in where we live means looking out for one another, keeping shared spaces clean, and doing our part to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for every resident. Small actions make a big difference. Picking up after your pets, disposing of trash properly, reporting maintenance concerns promptly, and being mindful of noise levels all contribute to a community we can all be proud of. When we take care of our surroundings, we protect our property values, create a more enjoyable living experience, and build a neighborhood where everyone feels respected and at home. Safety starts with awareness — get to know your neighbors, report suspicious activity, and stay informed through community updates. Together, we can keep our community a place where people are proud to live. It takes all of us, and it starts with you.

Picking up after your dog isn't just courteous — it's essential. Pet waste carries harmful bacteria that can contaminate soil, water, and shared spaces, posing health risks to children, other pets, and the entire community. It attracts pests, creates unpleasant odors, and reflects poorly on our neighborhood. Always carry bags and clean up immediately. It's a small effort that makes a big impact on keeping our community clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. ***Pet owners are to stay within their association and common spaces while walking their dogs. Condo Association 2 does not allow pets.
Trash day runs smoothly when everyone does their part. Please use sturdy, properly tied trash bags to prevent spills, odors, and pest problems in our community. Loose or overfilled bags create messes that affect shared spaces and make collection more difficult. Always break down cardboard boxes flat before placing them in recycling — unbroken boxes take up excessive space, block bins, and often end up scattered by wind. Keeping our disposal areas tidy is a shared responsibility that keeps our community looking its best. ***FINES WILL BE IMPOSED IF YOU ARE NOT USING TRASH BAGS WHEN UTILIZING THE TRASH SHOOT. NO BOXES OF ANY KIND. ARE ALLOWED ***ALSO*** ALL DISCARDED FURNITURE & LARGE APPLIANCES SHOULD BE PLACED TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BACK DUMPSTER. MAKE SURE IT IS OUTIDE OF THE WHITE FENCE.
